The collection of players the San Francisco 49ers selected this year pleased Kyle Shanahan.
Every head coach at the time thinks that, of course. It’s not as though they will find it objectionable or unfavorable. But Shanahan wished the 49ers had done something different in the NFL draft.
“Would’ve loved to add a tight end, just didn’t work out that way.” Shanahan said.
